Hat box
Hat boxes and hat cases are a great way to take your hat with you without crushing them in your suitcase. They are also useful to store them in when you are not travelling. Another great thing about hat boxes is they can store multiple hats at once, keeping them clean and safe ready for your next trip.
This hat case is the perfect shape for fedoras. To keep your hat form being damaged It has a hard shell to protect your hats. Also you can use it for Fedoras, Panama hats, bowlers as long is the brim is 3″ or less.

Hat clips
The hat clip accessory is one of my favourites, it’s easy to use and you can keep your hat with you wherever you go. It works by attaching the clip holder to the strap of your bag and a magnetic closure clips on to your hat. These are especially useful if you are going on day trips on your holiday as you can clip your hat to your handbag or beach bag when you are out and about without having to hold it or worrying if it will blow away.
Everyone know how much I love a travel accessory. The Toptote travel hat clip has been designed to allow you to attach your hat securely to you bag making it easier to travel. I love the design of this hat clip because it looks elegant and chic. you’ll find it ideal for carrying thick brimmed hats including felt, leather and turn up brimmed ones. Another thing I like about the Drop Toptote is, it has been made from beautiful leather.
I know how easy smaller gadgets can be lost so you’ll love that you can attach this clip on to your bag with ease. The Magnetic Hat clip attaches through a metallic clip and is fastened securely. Another reason I like this clip is how strong it is, perfect to hold any type of hat.
This hat clip is easy to attach to any bag or belt. The Galaxy Beauty Hat Clip has been designed in an oval shape with a gold carabiner key-ring.
Hat Holders
Hat holders are a practical way to carry your hat without having to put it in your suitcase. I love how it is easy to use, as you place the hat in the straps and you can take it with you hands free. Also when you are finished using the holder it can be easily stored because it can be folded and put away.
The Barcelona hat holder is made from brown leather. You can use it to transport more than one hat at a time as you can stack them and then put them in the holder. The Barcelona hat holder can hold hats up to 10cm brim
You can use the Los Angeles hat holder to carry your hat hands free. It is made from a black leather strap which I think is an elegant and is a practical way to carry your hat. The hat holder holds 10cm brim.
Tote Bag Hat Carrier
This is a great way to carry your hat and all your other essentials. I always take my Tote bag with me when I’m running errands as it’s so versatile. There are three colours to choose from pink, black or cream. My favourite is the cream one. I love that it can carry a wide brim hat.
Stuff Your Hat
If you’re going to pack it in your suitcase there are tips you can use to help protect your hat when traveling.
Firstly, pack the majority of your clothes into packing cubes as this keeps them contained. I swear by these, you can pack them by clothing types which makes it easier to unpack when you reach your destination. Secondly put your hat in the middle of your suitcase with the top of the hat face down. Make sure you don’t put anything heavy on top of the hat like shoes or electrical appliances. Then roll up some of your smaller items and put them into the hat to fill up the head space. Then you. should finish putting everything else around the hat and if you are taking a towel with you lay that over the top of everything.
How to fix it
If you arrive at your destination to find that your hat has been misshapen there is something you can do to fix it. Take a travel steamer and slowly work you way around your hat to reshape it. I find that once you have done this they are as good as new. If you don’t have a steamer you can hang it in the bathroom and use the steam from the shower to reshape it.
